Wechat public account: Forest and trees 见树又见林
Forest and Trees, paying tribute toAllan G. Johnson's book, is the WeChat public account that I initiated in 2016 shortly after I arrive in Oxford.
With the distance, I feel something lacking, missing and left behind: the tangible connections, the feasible empowerment and the social engagement.
Forest and Trees became my way to reconnect with the Chinese speaking world.
There are two series in the public account: forest series to introduce theories and trees series to narrate individual stories. Besides, there are articles about Chinese Metoo movement and letters between my readers and me.
